Loving Kindness Meditation with Cacao Medicine

Join us for a Cacao Ceremony Guided with Loving Kindness Meditation and Followed with a Community Check-in at Kevala Wellness & Ayurveda

The group will open with a serving of a Vegan Herbal Cacao Blend (Peruvian Cacao Paste, Oat Milk, Coconut Cream, Coconut Sugar, Laughing Buddha, Cinnamon) followed by a brief introduction & a toast. We will then be guided through a Loving Kindness Meditation. Afterwards, we will open the floor for heart shares (a discussion around whatever we've been navigating and whatever may have come up during the guided meditation).
