Loving Kindness Community Check-In With Cacao

Come Join us for a Cacao Ceremony Guided with Loving Kindness Meditation and Followed with a Community Check-in NOW AT Earthing.Earth (sister store of Native Sol)

The group will open with a serving of a vegan Herbal Cacao Blend (Cacao, Oat Milk, Cinnamon, Laughing Buddha) followed by a brief introduction & a toast. We will then be guided through a Loving Kindness Meditation. Afterwards, we will open the floor for heart shares (whatever we've been navigating and whatever may have come up during the guided meditation).

*The space is small so please bear in mind that we will be very close to one another

*Bearing that in mind if you are feeling symptomatic in any way please remain at home and join us on our next share!
