About the event
Join us as we explore a 5-step Loving Kindness Meditation accompanied by an ambient soundscape & a heart opening reishi cacao elixir by Rahma Blends as the conduit to the higher dimension of Loving Awareness.
Ceremonial Cacao will be passed around (A heart opening synergistic blend of Cacao, Reishi, Holy basil, Lemon Balm, Albizia, Rhodiola, Coconut Sugar, Cinnamon & Coconut Cream)
We will open by going around the circle to introduce ourselves & a brief emotional self inventory.
After our intros we will toast & spend time integrating with the cacao medicine guided by an ambient soundscape.
From there we will be led through the 5 interactive stages of Loving Kindness Meditation.
After the final step we will have space to share any final thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
