Cacao Guided Loving Kindness Meditation & Community Check-in

Join us for a Cacao Ceremony Guided with Loving Kindness Meditation and Followed with a Community Check-in at Earthing.Earth (sister store of Native Sol)

The group will open with a serving of a Vegan Herbal Cacao Blend (Peruvian Cacao Paste, Oat Milk, Cinnamon, Coconut Sugar, Laughing Buddha) followed by a brief introduction & a toast. We will then be guided through a Loving Kindness Meditation. Afterwards, we will open the floor for heart shares (a discussion around whatever we've been navigating and whatever may have come up during the guided meditation).

*Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to sit on. 

*This gathering will be held in the back courtyard (outdoors) so bring a jacket or extra blanket to cover up if needed.

*Please try to arrive on time to honor the focused intention and flow of the gathering.
