Join Hazel for an Abundance Meditation with Mother Earth

Taking place at Bluff Park to the left of the Long Beach Museum of Art (off Ocean and 20th Pl) underneath the Grandmother Tree.

The abundance meditation is a guided space where we connect with the wisdom of Mother Earth and allow her to guide us home. During our time together we will learn meditation tools, connect with community, be guided through visualization and reflect on our journey. Together we will remind ourselves of our inherited abundance and center love and joy through the experience. 

A message from Hazel: 

My ancestors have called upon me to continue the lineage of the healer. I’m here to tell you that we are all healers. We all have gifts that we can choose to bring into the world. The first step is investing in yourself to bring out those gifts. I invite you on this beautiful journey of healing with me. If you are called to this space it’s because you are ready! Ready to take your power back. Ready to prioritize yourself. Ready to BR3ATH3 JOY! The only question is are you ready to choose you?

Bring a blanket, a journal, a pen, and water. 

For our evening group be sure to dress warm.
